Twirl by Kate Spade

Along with my extensive search for a new purse, I have also been trying to find the perfect perfume since about August.  I’ve come across many that I’ve liked, but have not been able to fork over $100 dollars or more for a tiny bottle of eau de parfum. Also, some frangrances smell lovely while on the tester strip, but once I get the scent on myself, I get a horrible headache, enter: Miss Dior Cherie, which is very unfortunate because it was so nice smelling on the tester! : ( I also really like Burberry Britt, but it is too dang expensive! Same with Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb.

But alas, I think I have found a  scent that is both affordable (still expensive at $80) and the perfect mix of musky and floral that I love!

My friend, Andrea, came over last night and had just sprayed this perfume on herself and I knew it was the one, ha. It smells SO good.

Here is the description from the site:

  • captivating day-to-night fragrance
  • pink watermelon mingles with blackberry and red currant
  • enhanced with a heart of fresh flowers including orange blossom, star jasmine, tiare flower and sweet magnolia
  • the fragrance is finished with luminous musks and a touch of french macaron (straight from the patisserie, of course)
  • Anything with : FRENCH MACARON in the description wins my heart…(see banner). I also tend to really like perfumes with jasmine and magnolia in them, so I just think I may have found a winner!
